Hi, this is my 7th year teaching at Lincoln Jr. High. Previously, I taught PE for 1 year at St. Leonard Catholic School in Berwyn, IL and 1 year of PE/Health at Vanden High School in Fairfield, CA. I have a Bachelors Degree in Sport Sciences (Sport Pedagogy emphasis) from the University of the Pacific (CA). I received my teaching certificate through the graduate program at California State University of Sacramento. Currently, I am enrolled in the Exercise Science Masters Degree program at Northeastern Illinois University. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my wife and our dog. I also enjoy participating in athletics; later this Fall I will be running my 6th marathon.

WASHINGTON DC TRIP
One of my other responsibilities here at Lincoln Jr. High is that of the Chaperone for the Washington DC trip. Each March, during Spring Break, 8th graders can enjoy a wonderful, educational trip to our nation's capital. The travel company that we work with is WorldStrides. Any 8th grade student may sign up for the trip. For more information about this great opportunity you can e-mail Mr. Hunsucker at Lincoln or you can check out the WorldStrides website at www.worldstrides.com. The trip ID # for the 2012-2013 trip is 77566.
