We are very lucky to be in a school committed to exposing our students to cultural arts events. Currently, we are in the process of working with an Artist in Residence, Mrs. Zonta. Mrs. Zonta is working with all of second grade students to create a beautiful mosaic that will eventually be hung in the hall of Madison School. They are also creating their own mosaics. Look for that to come home in the future. Tomorrow we will start our self-portraits. In addition, today we were entertained by The Emerald City Theatre Group. They were FANTASTIC! All the students enjoyed it! It was great to see them laugh, dance, and be entertained by such great artists.
